About iHub
Built in Liberia. For Liberia. And beyond.
Innovations Hub Liberia was founded in 2020 with one question: what would it take to put a thousand Liberians into great digital-economy jobs in a decade? Five years and 1,247 alumni later, we’re well on our way.
Quick facts
Our mission
To put a thousand Liberians a year into great digital-economy jobs.
Liberia is at a turning point. A young population, a recovering economy, and a digital revolution that is making geography matter less than skill. The opportunity is now – and the gap is in our ability to train, mentor and place enough people to seize it.
We exist to close that gap. Not as a school in the traditional sense, but as a hybrid institution – equal parts academy, employer-partner, and technology builder – that grew out of the realization that any one of those, alone, could not move the needle.
What we value
Five principles that shape every decision.
Outcomes over enrollments
We measure success by jobs and salaries, not seats filled.
Locally rooted, globally calibrated
Built for Liberia. Benchmarked against the world.
Practitioner-led
Our instructors do the work they teach.
Evidence-based
If it can’t be measured, we change our approach until it can.
Long-term with people
Once you’re iHub, you’re iHub. Our alumni network is our pride.
